Ci sono due maestri casari sardi che si stanno affermando in tutta Europa. Lavorano per lo storico caseificio dei Barbi, in Toscana. Poco giorni fa hanno partecipato al concorso internazionale di Lyon, in Francia. Regole rigidissime. La giuria ha valutato 10.275 campioni provenienti da 48 Paesi.

Il Caseificio dei Barbi, grazie a Salvatore Marco Soddu e Angela Zizi, ha conquistato la medaglia d’oro per il cacio 24 mesi. Ragazzi che portano in alto il nome dell’Italia e della Sardegna.

This is Antonio, of Bosa. You work hard to get

This is Antonio, of Bosa. He works hard to get some money: labourer, waiter, barista. In the end, money is always tight. “I'm leaving, I want Switzerland". Toil for two years, then he manages to take over a restaurant at the foot of Mont Blanc. Complicated start, Covid arrives. Antonio finds himself without work and without money. For a living he started delivering packages.

He is not happy. His world is in the kitchen. In a friend's building there is a small garage. “Rent it to me, I'll turn it into a restaurant". Start making fried pizzas, at the foot of Mont Blanc. Today there is a queue. “I'm working with maximum effort, together with my wife. And you know why? To return to Sardinia”. #montebianco

There is Fedez who asked everyone to donate blood

There is Fedez who asked everyone to donate blood (and thanks to him the donors are increasing). And then there is Andrea, thalassemic, of Muravera. Every month he must have a blood transfusion. More than once he happened to go to hospital and be sent back because blood bags were running low.

His appeal was picked up by @18fabietto, athlete-cashier who runs to help others. “We have organized the run to donate day for November 23rd, at the blood sampling center of the Muravera hospital. I'll be the first, but let's do it together, all over Italy". #avis

This is Martino, He is from Muravera. He is in love with

This is Martino, He is from Muravera. He is in love with Sardinia and its history. As soon as he can, with a group of friends, goes in search of nuraghi. Some archaeologists view this with suspicion: “You have no titles, studies". Martino doesn't pay attention to it. It lists over one hundred nuraghi in the Sarrabus territory, some unknown. Archaeologists are starting to help him. They compliment him. And October 27th, by surprise, they awarded him the “Paolo Bernardini” prize for dissemination in archaeology.

"An immense satisfaction because I am not an archaeologist, I'm just someone who has a huge passion for archaeology". On November 18th Martino and many volunteers will clean one of the largest giants' tombs on the island, in the territory of San Vito. Compliments, Martino #storiedisardinia

This is @18fabietto. He is a cashier at the supermarket

This is @18fabietto. He is a cashier at the Crai supermarket, Muravera. He has never raced in his life. Start doing it for fun. On his first trail he starts off well, then he gets into trouble. Giangavino helps him, responsible for the Corsa disabled people's association. "Do not give up, Here I am". Fabio doesn't give up. Giangavino offers him the possibility of acting as a guide to the blind: "I want do it". First marathon with Chiara, a blind person. It's 2019, they cross the finish line between two wings of the crowd. “I will always run for others”.

On Sunday 5 November Fabio flies to Assisi for the San Francesco Marathon. He acts as Stefano's guide, blind person from Puglia. They do it for Aido. At the 26th kilometer they enter a crisis. Matteo helps them, also from Muravera. They grit their teeth. They crossed the finish line in 4 hours and 40 minutes. “I am Stefano's guide? This time he is the one who guided me, I wouldn't have finished the marathon alone". Grande, Fabio!
